He was predeceased by: his children, Rick and Jessica. He is survived by: his wife Grace; and his children, Hank (Joanne), Heather (John), Cliff (Dorothy) and Monique (Thomas). He is also survived by his grandchildren and partners, great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews, and friends.
