He was predeceased by: his father Robert Gauthier; and his grandparents, Eugène, Victorine Viau, Armand and Laurette Gauthier.

He is survived by: his child Traeh; his stepchildren, Maxime Vandal of Sudbury, Nevaeh McGraw-Bull of Longlac, Kayleigh and Hayden Littlejohn of Winnipeg; his mother Diane Gauthier (Viau); his sisters, Linda Alarie (Donald), Lise Gauthier and Lucie Gerrard (Terry); his granddaughter Kylie Vandal; his nieces and nephews, Amanda (T. J.), Liette (Dominic), Stacey (Ethan), Marc, Deidra, Samantha, Courtney (Miguel), Savannah (Kelvin) and Bradey; and his godchildren, Savannah and Axel. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews and friends.

Wearing of masks or face coverings by everyone and maintaining social distancing of 6 feet is mandatory for those attending.
