She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Gauthier and Albert Gauthier; her brother Roger Gauthier; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Brassard and Al Amyotte.
She is survived by: her spouse Jean Lapointe; her children, Robert Lapointe (Yolanda) of Peace River, Alberta and Pierre Lapointe (Chantal Payeur) of Longlac, Ontario.; her sisters, Anne Gregory of Kirkland Lake, Rita Amyotte of Easton Passage, Françoise Brassard of Hearst and Monica Sudyk (Joe Sudyk) of Kapsukasing, Ontario.; and her grandchildren, Yina, Alexa, Emma and Benoit. She is also survived by her family and friends.
