He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Anne Marie Thomas. He is survived by: his significant other Doreen Thomas; his children, Kimberly Thomas (Rick McGuire) and Paul Thomas; his grandson Rob Thomas; and his stepchildren, Anna Relouw, Michael Poliszuk, Andrew Poliszuk and Stephen Daniels. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
