He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Carter; his daughter Laura Carter; and his siblings, Ross and Marjorie. He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda (Stephane); his son-in-law Craig Munns; his grandchildren, Courtney (Trevor), Kayla, Noah and Harrison; and his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Liam, Avery, Myles, Payson and Kayden.
