He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; his daughter Joan Frank; his sisters, Louelda Kirk, Elsie Foster and Marie Frank; and his parents, Charles Frank and Rosella Frank (McBain).

He is survived by: his children, Ruth Dickie (Cliff), Dave Frank (Donna), Charlie Frank (Cathy) and Marianne Mitchell; his grandchildren, Sherri Dickie, Brad Dickie (Danielle), Brian Frank (Vanessa), Dan Frank (Melissa), Julianne Lee (Dave), Kyle Frank (Veronica), Eric Frank (Richelle), Cam Mitchell (Jaclyn) and Katie Mitchell (Simon); his great grandchildren, Blythe, Maeve, Myles, Miller, Andersenn, Avery, Sophie, Alex, Vivian, Remy, Jacks and Oliver; and his close friend Betty Link. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
