He was predeceased by: his grandparent Sandy Oliva. He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Oliva and Todd Bonk (Dessa Fox); his siblings, Nicholas and Skyler; his grandparents, William Bonk and Ans Bonk; his aunts and uncles, Dino Oliva (Angela), Simon Bonk and Robin Bonk (Carol Chartand); and his cousins, Sebastian Oliva, Samuel Oliva and Giorgina Oliva. He is also survived by cousins, and friends.
