He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Ruth; his daughter Brenda Smith; his wife Donna; his children, Michael and Sue (Dan Howard); his grandchildren, Jeff (Emily), Jordan (Kim), Nick (Andrea), Candace (Chris) and Joe (Kia); and his great grandchildren, Alyviah, Madison, Walter and Cohen.
He is survived by: his sister Gail (late Les Wilson); his nephew Mark; and his sibling-in-law Leone Sillers.
