She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wanzak and Mary Wanzak; her husband Harold; her son David; and her siblings, Patricia Smyth (Gilbert) and Victor Lobaskie (Rita).

She is survived by: her sister Willa Phillips; her daughter Judith Dye (Wayne); her daughter-in-law Libi; her grandchildren, Adam (Katherine), Peter, Patricia Milne (Sean), Andie Dye and Nikki Dye (Michael Korol); and her great grandchildren, Antwon, Nathan, Lauren, Meghan, Audrey and Isla. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
