She was predeceased by: her nephew John Ducharme. She is survived by: her parents, Charles "Chuck" and Phyllis M. V. Collett (Jesney); her siblings, Darlene, John Leybourne of Crediton and Darren Collett of London; her nieces and nephews, Norma Culbert, Justin Ducharme, Tara Jesney (Caroline Sullivan) and Steven Collett; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mackenzie, Michael, Owen, Tanner, Hallie, Carter and Talon; and her aunts and uncles, Jim, Sue Jesney of Huron Park and Gord Collett (Pauline) of London.
