He was predeceased by: his parents, Johannes Mulder and Everdina Mulder; his siblings, John, Nick, Bill and Anne Marie; his brothers-in-law, Richard and Doug; and his granddaughter Ashley.
He is survived by: his wife Miep; his sons, Mike (Lillian), Rene (Sarah), Mark (Andrea) and Justin (Christina); his grandchildren, Christen (Matt), Amanda (Andrew), Shelby (Brandon), Christopher (Ashley), Eric, Justine (Nick), Paige, Cameron, Emma and Gabriella; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Edison and Gilbert; and his brothers, Jos, Ted (Carolynne) and Jerry (Carolyn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
