She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Jerrald and Judith Hughena Longeway (Whaley); and her siblings, Michael John Longeway, Charles Jerrald Longeway and Deborah Ann Martin.
She is survived by: her fiancé Wayne Crinklaw; her fiancé's child Andrea (Ben); her grandchildren, Brian Christopher, Emma Josephine and Violet Jean; her siblings, Suzanne Christine Hawkins (Glen), Timothy John Longeway (Janice), Tomas Scot Longeway (Arden) and Lisa Jerraldine Moran (Shane); her sister-in-law Elizabeth Ann Longeway; and also, Rowan, Alder, Judith Marie Dobson (Charles), Rebecca Suzanne Flanagan (TJ) and Bridget Kathleen Flanagan. She is also survived by twenty nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews; and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that people make a donation to London Children's Hospital, which helped save Tina's youngest daughters' life and a donation Tina made yearly to pay back the hospital that saved her daughter. Donations are also asked to be made to the University Hospital of London, St.Marys Memorial Hospital in St.Marys, and to the Canadian Cancer Society – all in honour of Tina.
