He was predeceased by: his parents, John Witchell and June Witchell. He is survived by: his wife Marie-Claire; his children, Andrew (Eliana) and Christine (Rob Bell); his grandchildren, Mark, Leila, Catherine, Sophie, Benjamin and Neil; and his brother Stephen. He is also survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
