Thomas Hazeltine Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Hazeltine (London, Ontario), who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hazeltine and Dorothy Hazeltine; his aunts and uncles, Peg, Mike, Horace, Betty, Ross and Jean; and his cousins, Pat Gordon, Nancy Brabandt, James Saunders and Cheryl Cole.

He is survived by: his sister Mary Jane Venus (Ken); his nephew James (Arden); his great-nephews, Noah, Jackson and Henry; and his great-niece Chloe.
