He was predeceased by: his son Allan; and his sister Dianne Howe. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Sutton (Alan), Jeffrey Talbot and Peter Talbot; and his siblings, Shirley McLellan (Norm), Lee Talbot (Shirley) and Pat Shoebottom (Larry).
In memory of Thomas donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
