He was predeceased by: his wife Brigitte; and his siblings, John Burke and Rosalyn Thyme. He is survived by: his children, Martina Libby (Steve), Eric Richard Burke (Colleen) and Mario Durre (Ingrid); his grandchildren, Emily-Rae Burke, Nicholas Bryan, Teri-Anna Libby, Daniella Durre and Martina Durre; and his siblings, Phil Burke (Nina), Dave Burke (Patty), Marie Lalande (Albert), Fred Burke (Marilyn), Michael Burke and Bill Burke (Mona). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Logan Funeral Home (371 Dundas St, London, ON N6B1V5). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
