He is survived by: his wife Elzbieta Banasikowska (Elizabeth); his children, Kasia Donaldson (Remy Donaldson) and Tomek Banasikowski; his grandsons, Drake and Reid; his nieces and nephews, Kinga, Radek, Dominika, Berenika, Jan, Ola, Michal and Agnieszka; his siblings, Anna Szklennik (Witold Szklennik) of Warsaw and Maciej Banasikowski (Joanna Banasikowska) of Warsaw, Poland.; and also Dziadek. He is also survived by his children, and later grandchildren.
