He was predeceased by: his brother Peter Bailey (Sue); and his parents, Charles Bailey and Elaine Bailey. He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Conrad (Brian), Paul Bailey and Vicki Bayliss (Pat). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
