He is survived by: his grandchildren, Joy McGuire (Wallace), Jessica, Trish Stringer (Graham), Steven, Nathan, Ryan, John Boyachek (Sandy), Benjamin, Joshua, Nelena, Jim Boyachek (Jaime), Juliana, Jaysa, Janet Hallam (Chris), Emily, Joe Boyachek (Heather), Leila, Chandler, Lex and Eva; and his brothers, Ron Boyd (Lil), Ted Boyachek (Lydia), Edward Boyachek (Isabelle) and Alfred Boyachek.
