He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Lillian" Moczulski; and his siblings, Joseph Moczulski, Michael Moczulski, Kate Moczulski, Frank McCoskey, Nellie Frydryszczyk, Walter Moczulski, Martin Moczulski, Mary Cunningham and Tony McCoskey.
He is survived by: his children, John-Paul Moczulski (Libby) of Mississauga and Jeffrey Moczulski of London; his grandchildren, Warner, Anais and Ryker; his niece Kathy Wilkins; and his nephew David Moczulski (Christine). He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Society of St. Vincent de Paul would be appreciated.
