He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. James N. Millar and Jessie Millar; his siblings, Elmore (Nora), Margaret Hunt (Blake) and Jessie; and his great grandchild Matthew Millar.
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Millar; and his children, Jim (Bridget), Jeff (Sharon), Norm (Cindy), Nancy Whalley (David) and Judy McKerlie (late Brian).
