She was predeceased by: her husband Lester Louis Nyuli; her parents, Norman and Rita; and her sons, Paul, Mark and Michael.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa Bourbonnais (Rolland) and Peter Nyuli; her grandchildren, James, Ashley and Ariel (Lawrence); her great grandchild Goldie; her nieces, Linda, Elizabeth, Kristine, Lora and Caroline; and her siblings, Roderick Waite (June), Jacqueline Jouvenat (late Colin) and Richard Waite (Gill).
