We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2019, Sandy Mullen (London, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Peggy Keeton (Steve) and Dave Mullen (Christie); her parents, Dorothy Parnell and Douglas; her great grandchild Benjamin; and her siblings, Anne Richards (John), Peg Herbert, Tim Parnell (Judy), Gordon and Ted. She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews.
