She was predeceased by: her children, Ricky Van Slyke, Ava Gibbons and Geoff Van Slyke; and her daughter-in-law Linda Van Slyke. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Chris Van Slyke (Lydia) and Darryl Van Slyke; her great grandchildren, Devan, Aidan, Tia, Tori and Charlotte; her siblings, Betty Perpich, Robert Eckenswiller and William Eckenswiller; and her friend Jim Apostolopoulos. She is also survived by her family and friends.
