It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Alfred Noel (London, Ontario), born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty; his daughters, Debbie (Pierre), Linda (Lorne) and Laura (Tim); and his brothers, Donald, Douglas and Norman. He was also cherished by his loving family, many good friends.
