He is survived by: his children, George and Annabel Heath; his parents, Mike Heath and Frances Heath; his sister Victoria; his brother-in-law Arndt Eade; and his nieces and nephews, Sophie, Louise, Erica, Phillippe and Felix. He is also survived by his family, friends.
