He was predeceased by: his father Edward; and his brothers, Gerald (Nancy) and Greg. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel (Donna), Robert (Amber) and Richard (Denise); his wife Ellen Margaret Meyer; and his mother Loretta. He is also survived by his godchildren, extended family, friends.
