He is survived by: his wife Bertha; his children, Michelle Slater of St. Paul, AB, Andre Prud'Homme (Rose Ann) of Thamesford, ON. and Daniel Prud'Homme (Laura) of Thamesford, ON.; his grandchildren, Katie Slater, Kyle Slater (Brittany), Brittany Prud'Homme, Kelsey Slater (Kyle Robinson), Tyler Prud'Homme (Lexie Reed) and Hailey Elijah (Faith); his great grandchildren, Josiah, Nadia Elijah and Elliot Slater; and his siblings, Carmel Cussen (Bob), Maurice Prud'Homme (Fay) and Jack Lindsay (Maureen).
