He was predeceased by: his wife Eunice; and his father Robert. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey (Bryan) and Stephanie (Jonathan); his grandsons, Drew, Tyler, Cole, Ben, Sam and Felix; his mother Margaret; and his siblings, Pat, Jim (Marlene), Kathy, Joan, Ken (Belinda), Keith (Susan) and Wendy (Phil). He is also survived by many cousins, uncles and aunts, as well as nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in memory of Dale to the Canadian Cancer Society or Ducks Unlimited Canada.
