He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mask and Elizabeth Mask; his wife Mary Mask; and his brother Alfred Mask. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Mask (Tina Chappell), Monica Muntwyler (Trevor Muntwyler) and Michael Mask; his grandchildren, Maren and Logan Muntwyler; and his siblings, Clifford Mask (Carole Evanson), Rita Kuiack, Diane Summers (Murray Summers), Marie Lacombe, Jerome Mask, Ben (Lee Mask), Deborah Sharpe and Ralph Mask (Joyce Mask).

In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
