He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Isobel Garrow and Frederick James Powley; and his sister Miriam. He is survived by: his wife Linda Powley; his children, Fiona (Don), Cheryl and Scott (Meagan); his great grandchildren, Kyla, Dillion, Jamie, Caitlin, Brittney, Cole, Carter, Brooke, Easton-Scott, Ethan and Shane; and his brother Dave.
