He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn; and his brothers, George, Brock Neely and Claire Wright. He is survived by: his children, Paul Neely (Mary) of London and Gayle Wilkie (Kevin) of London; his grandchildren, Shawn Neely (Katherine) and Karen Neely; and his sister-in-law Mary-Lou Wright.
