He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude and Vivian; and his former wife Marilyn. He is survived by: his caregivers, Andrew, Brad, Tracy, Jen, Craig, Katherine, Adam, Bolaji, Maura, Nicolette and Raj; his wife Judith; his sister Gail Sleeman; his brother-in-law Mike Badyk (Natalie); his niece Nicole; his stepchildren, Owen (Sarah) and Erica (Guy); his stepgrandchild Jen (Craig); his grandsons, Isaac and Elliott; and his nieces and nephews, Geoff and Ginny.
