He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Goold (Todd); his grandchildren, Abbey and Carter Goold; his siblings, John, Laine and Damon Greatrix; his significant other Connie Rudderham; his children, Anjali and Michael Rudderham; and also Vicki Greatrix.
