She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Peggy Devost (Nobertine); her significant other Alain Marseille; her children, Dan Mayer, Michelle Mayer, Diane Hetu (Darryl Smith), Joanne VanderHene (Jan VanderHene) and Lissa Seguin (Marc Seguin); and her siblings, Denis, Raymond, Marcel and Jeannine. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

In memory of Peggy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
