It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Michael Kozachuk (London, Ontario), who passed away on August 12, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Deb Kozachuk (Paton); and his parents, John Kozachuk and Dorothy Kozachuk. He is survived by: his son Jayson Kozachuk (Kate); and his grandchildren, Emmie, Addie and Sawyer.
