It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick André Jeffrey of London, Ontario, who passed away on February 24, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Dolly Jeffrey (Siemon); his parents-in-law, Russell, Kathleen Sreenan (Durand) and Monica; his brothers, Ray Jeffrey and Charles Jeffrey; his siblings-in-law, Madeline Denomme and Roger Shephard; and his nieces, Suzanne Jeffrey and Jodi Rose.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Jeffrey (Sreenan); his children, Denise, Jim Dietrich, Leeanne Regier, John Maisonville, Nicole and Sean Thomas; his siblings, Peter (Evelyn Jeffrey), Sarah Jeffrey, Linda (Joe Denomme), John (Lesley Jeffrey), Theresa Burr, Michael (Sharon Jeffrey), Jeannette (Brayden Whilsmith), Robert Jeffrey, Dennis (Sheila Jeffrey), Martha (Ken Mungar), Cathy Shephard and Paul Denomme (Lynn Ferwerda); and his nephews, Derek Denomme and Andre Jeffrey.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations towards London Regional Cancer Program or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
