She was predeceased by: her husband Allan Frederick "Fred" Pepper; her stepson Randy Pepper (MaryAnn Jansen); her parents, Frank Vaughan and Amy "Nan" Vaughan; and also Cecil "Cy" Howard.
She is survived by: her son David Howard; her daughter-in-law Sue Howard; her grandchildren, Stephanie Grozelle (Dan) and Jake Ruddy (Kyrianna); her great grandchildren, Sophie, Gavin and Andrew Grozelle; her stepdaughter Leanne Pepper (Tim Belanger); and her pet Sammy. She is also survived by friends, neighbours, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, if desired, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Diabetes Canada, Canadian Cancer Society or Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
