He was predeceased by: his parent Rhodena Smits; and his sister Barbara MacDonald (Louis) of Nova Scotia. He is survived by: his daughters, Norinda (Chris), Erin (Scott) and Sherry (Joe); the mother of his children Brinda Muth; his grandchildren, Michael, Nadia, Ella, Reed, Claire and Quinn; his great grandchild Haisley; his friend Fern; his parent Gradus Smits; and his siblings, Graham McClean (Cathy) of Owen Sound and Patricia Sutherland (Darryl) of Nova Scotia.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tara Legion.
