She was predeceased by: her father Frank Shorts; her husband Max Collins; and her parents-in-law, Marie White (John), Jay Collins (Nellie) and Helen Shorey (George).

She is survived by: her children, Terry Collins (Nancy) of Frankford, Karen Collins of Belleville, Carol Collins of Belleville and John Collins (Lisa) of London; and her sister-in-law Reta Shorts of Henderson.

In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimer Society or Canadian Cancer Society would by greatly appreciated by the family.
