She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Finney and Madeleine Finney; her sisters, Cecile Gaw, Catherine Quick, Eileen Finney, Elizabeth Davidson (Bette) and Geraldine Finney; and her husband John Bailie English.

She is survived by: her children, Dr. John C. English (Linda) of Vancouver, Ann Shannon Smith (Shawn) of London and Margaret Eleanor English (Rolly) of Toronto, Ontario.; her grandchildren, Abigail Smith, Jacob Smith (Jake) and Lucas Smith (Luke); and her niece Madeline McKeon (Gerry).
