He was predeceased by: his children, Michael Rowland and Donna Marie Foulon; his parents, Emma Rowland and Joseph Rowland; and his siblings, Madeline, Margaret, Irene, Sheila and Gerald.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Rowland; his grandchildren, Steven and Joanne; and his sister Gussie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The inurnment was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Peter's Cemetery (806 Victoria St, London, ON N5Y4E1).
