He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Mellamphy and Eileen Mellamphy of Ireland; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Jeanne Daoust of Saint-Boniface Manitoba. He is survived by: his wife Cécile; his son Dan; his daughter-in-law Nandita; his daughter Janelle; his son-in-law Michel (Lambert); his son Marcel; his grandchildren, Ronán and Éamon; his children, Capri and Cruz; his brother Brendan; his sister-in-law Carol; and his nephews, Simon, Nicholas and Matthew. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
