She was predeceased by: her sister Alice Kipp; her parents, Nelson Gowdy and Laura Gowdy; and her brothers-in-law, Murray Underwood, Bill Kipp and Ray Wark.

She is survived by: her husband Murray C. Dale; her children, Deb Dale of London, Donna Aggelakos (Bill) of Calgary and Christopher Dale (David Leng) of Brantford; her grandchildren, Danielle and Christopher Aggelakos; her siblings, Merle Underwood and Jean Wark; and her sister-in-law Muriel Fogt (Erik). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
