She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Elizabeth Parkes (Preston) and Carl Beverly Parkes of London, Ontario.; her siblings, Bruce Parkes (Celia), Vivian June Simons (Joseph) and Orville Winston Parkes; her husband Jack Ronald Watkin; and her children, Ronald Bruce, Carl Gordon, Shelley Lynne and Mary Jayne. She was also cherished by her family including her 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren and her many friends.
