She was predeceased by: her former husband Ernesto Alviar. She is survived by: her husband Ray Cushing; her children, Godessa Alviar, Adrian Alviar (Cristita) and Josiedel Hernandez (Enrique); her stepdaughters, Kathleen Jones (Jessie) and Shannon Whitney (Tran); her grandchildren, Clarizze Alviar, Gabriel Alviar, Adryanna Alviar, Mauricio Hernandez and Angelica Hernandez; her stepgrandchildren, Jack, Jeanne-Rae, Michael, Kiara and Trae; her nephews, Jeremy and Jeuel; and also Nenita Alpuerto. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles and cousins.
