He is survived by: his wife Meri Brkljača (Žilić); his daughters, Marina (Adam), Leanna (Lukasz), Julia and Olivia (Andrew); his mother Janja Brkljača of Croatia; his sisters, Danka Ilczuk (late Bill) of London, Nevenka (Mato Đulabić), Dragica (Željko Klarica), Denka (Milenko Zanić), Borka (Bajro Muminović) and Tetka Stana Prtenjača of London; and his mother-in-law Janja Žilić. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Milenko may be made to St. Leopold Mandic Croatian Church or Croatian - Canadian National Sports Center Zagreb.
