He was predeceased by: his parents, Minte Hoefman and Jeltje Hoefman; his brother John Hoefman (Lena); and his daughter Natasha Hoefman. He is survived by: his wife Indrani Hoefman; his children, Rohan Hoefman (Katrin) and Melissa Chiarello (Gene); his grandchildren, Keira, Sam, Mia, Ava and Cruz; and his sister Hendrika (Tony). He is also survived by his family and friends.
