She was predeceased by: her grandson Chad VanAlstine; and her parents, Oliver Jaques and Wilhelmina Jaques (Ferguson). She is survived by: her husband Clayton "Bill" VanAlstine; her children, Barry VanAlstine (Wendy) and Cindy Astles (Tom); her grandchildren, Dylan Astles (Sydney), Devin Astles (Rebecca), Randy VanAlstine (Hayley) and Eric VanAlstine (Heidi); her great grandchildren, Landon, Benjamin, Lucas, Eloise, Evangeline and Easton; and her siblings, Dorothy Gaiser (late Gerry), William "Bill" Jaques (Fran) and Harold Jaques (Ruth Anne). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
