She is survived by: her children, Sam (Kim) and Mary (Joseph); her grandchildren, Dana (Ray), Daniel (Jessi), Brittany (Spencer), Adam (Marina), Leah (Dustin) and Andrew (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Makayla, Caleb, Liam and Charlotte; her cousin John Macko (Lilian); her nephew Walter Kacera (Lorenna); and her niece Ann Murray (Terry).
